He is still eager in catching                                                                                                             new talents and he uses                                                                                                                 different platforms for that. He                                                                                                         had taken many initiatives to                                                                                                           help unrecognized talents and                                                                                                         had made them to explore the                                                                                                         world. He uses social media                                                                                                           platforms like You tube,                                                                                                                   Facebook etc. to find the                                                                                                                 aspiring talents.

                                                                                                      Rahman had taken many                                                                                                               initiatives to encourage and                                                                                                             enables the talents to follow their creative instinct. He had started an institution called KM Music Conservatory (KMMC)

in Chennai for molding new musicians to the world.  He along with director Shekar Kapoor launched a social networking platform called ‘Qyuki’ where which the talents can explore

                                                                                                          He had introduced                                                                                                                          many singers like Benny                                                                                                                  Dayal, Unnikrishnan,                                                                                                                        Chinmayi Sripada,                                                                                                                            Naresh Iyer etc. He                                                                                                                          selects fresh voices                                                                                                                          most of the time for his                                                                                                                    songs, just like cherry                                                                                                                      on pudding may be this                                                                                                                    can be a reason for the                                                                                                                    freshness of his songs.
